Intermediate Beginners Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphs Course

9th October 2012, 19:00 to 21:00, Repeated weekly until 11th December 2012, Room 152, Elvet Riverside Lecture Rooms, Durham City.

If you know which way to read hieroglyphs you’re ready for the Intermediate beginners course!
A nine week course designed to continue to read Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphs.
Monuments, temples, funerary inscriptions and stories are all waiting for you. Read the voices of the ancient Egyptians for yourselves!

Beginners knowledge of hieroglyphs is necessary.

When: Tuesdays – nine weeks beginning 9th October 2012, from 7.00 to 9.00 pm.
Where: Room 152, Elvet Riverside Lecture Rooms, Durham City.
Instructors: Dr Penny Wilson and Heba Abd-el-Gawad
Cost: £20, £15 for students and concessions.
