Association of South East Asian Studies in the UK (Aseasuk)

The Association of South East Asian Studies in the UK (Aseasuk) will be holding its 27th conference at Durham University. Aseasuk welcomes all scholars and professionals interested in the region, including postgraduates as well as established academics and early career researchers.
Proposed panels will cover a broad swathe of the humanities and social sciences from 'States, minorities and borders in Southeast Asia' to 'Political and economic developments in Burma', 'Youth and Rural Change', 'Malay/Indonesia manuscript studies' and 'Continuity and Change in Southeast Asian Performing Arts'.
