The NEPACS Annual Lecture
Tam Baillie, the Commissioner for Children and Young People in Scotland will give a lecture on the social and policy implications, and the cost to society, when parents are sentenced to prison. Are the rights of their children and the children's future wellbeing taken into account?

The NEPACS lecture is held in conjunction with St Aidan's College and st Cuthbert's Society.
