Stephen Sproates: Numerous Forms of Number

Exhibition of 2D & 3D Works of Art Over the last 7 years Steve has collaborated with the 14th Astronomer Royal and Emeritus Professor of Physics at Durham University, Sir Arnold Wolfendale on ways to represent, clarify and communicate concepts of physics using art. Presently they are conceptualising ways to represent the wave/particle duality.

'Binchester Exposed'

An exhibition exploring the results of excavations at the Roman fort at Binchester, County Durham, known to the Romans as Vinovia. Designed by students taking 'Museum Archaeology', Department of Archaeology, Durham University.

Prof. Dr. Torsten Wilholt, Leibniz Universitat Hannover, will delilver this public lecture. Epistemologists widely hold that true belief must have some value, as truth is the goal of inquiry.
