Catering

Postgraduates living in college accommodation are fully-catered during undergraduate term-time. During vacations students may purchase individual meals from the dining room (£5.00 each for lunch and dinner) or cater for themselves using the kitchens in Deerness block.

Dining Hall
During term time Van Mildert College offer full board catering including:
- A continental breakfast during the week and a cooked breakfast at weekends.
- A selection of sandwiches, salads, jacket potatoes, hot mains and desserts at lunchtime.
- Hot mains. with vegetables, soup, bread and cakes during the evenings.
Special dietary requirements can be met for vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, nut allergies or other options. Students should notify the Head Chef on arrival.
Because of the relationship that the MCR has with the SCR, MCR members can also eat at the high table in the main hall during meal times.
