Share your culinary creativity in the “Durham International Recipe book” compiled by University Catering and Ustinov College!

Durham University now has students and staff from over 100 countries all around the world. The “Durham International Recipe book” project aims to internationalize the catering services and widen the food choices to meet the needs of the increasingly culturally diverse university community.

This is your unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting project, which will have direct impact on University Catering menus!

Send your favourite recipe and conquer palates now! We are looking for contributors for “Durham International Recipe book”.

We are looking for ALL types of recipes from tasty, easy and quick to prepare to fancy dinner party recipes. It could be soup, any type of starter, main meal (meat, seafood, vegetarian), or dessert.

If your dish is chosen, you will get the opportunity to show university chefs how to cook your dish, and for your dish to be served at a college formal dinner or other event. The selected recipes will be included in “Durham International Recipe book”. Every page will contain a personal recipe, a picture of the dish, with short information about each contributor (you!).
