About Us

Durham University's nursery is OFSTED registered, and provides a high standard of childcare working in partnership with other childcare partners in Durham.

The nursery is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm. Access is convenient as the nursery is located in central Durham with specified drop off car park spaces provided for parents and children.

The nursery operates as a workplace nursery for University staff with childcare vouchers being accepted for non-university parents. The nursery fees are very competitive. Children may be eligible for Early Years Grant Funding in the school term following their third birthday.
