Accommodation
Most undergraduate students live in college accommodation during their first year, with many choosing to return in subsequent years.
Every college offers a variety of comfortable study bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities. Many rooms are single, others are shared twin rooms. Each college has different types of rooms on offer, so for more information visit individual college web pages or view our college summary table.

In second year, most students 'live out' in the local area. Our dedicated accommodation offices are there to help you through the process of finding non-university accommodation, whether in Durham City or in Stockton where our Queen's Campus is based. In third year / fourth year, many colleges offer the opportunity for students to live back in college accommodation if they would like to.
