Fee Status Enquiry Forms

The form below is for completion by applicants to Durham University who have been contacted by the University to clarify their fee status.

 The form should be printed off and completed as a hard copy including a signature on the last page.

The completed form should then be returned to the University so an assessment may be made. Once completed the form should be returned via normal post or scanned into a computer and emailed to feestatus.admissions@durham.ac.uk
