President – Ollie Bartlett

My role is to represent the views of all postgrads in Trevs, at both College and University level, in order to get the best deal possible for postgraduate students. I also oversee the day-to-day running of the MCR, and have responsibility for keeping you all up to date with relevant comings and goings within the University.

Vice President – James Nelson

As Vice President it is my job to assist the President in the running and maintenence of the MCR and it’s facilities. I sit on a number of College meetings representing the views of the MCR, and I am the one responsible with organizing a range of events and trips including research buffets, trips to Wallington House and the Research Prize.

 Sabbatical Bar Steward – Chris Wastell

As your Sabb Bar Steward I am in charge of making sure that Trevs Bar is running like clockwork and providing your every need. The bar stocks a large variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and my time is largely spent ordering stock, preparing the bar accounts, managing the bar staff and ensuring that bar events run smoothly.

 

Treasurer – Chris West

As MCR Treasurer, it is my job to take as much money off you as I can and use it in whichever nefarious schemes the MCR has planned. I love money!!

Social Secretaries  – Fleur Baikie and Pete Lock

Hi, we’re Fleur and Pete, and as Social Secretaries we organise all the MCR’s social activities. We have a lot of formals, cocktail nights and other events planned for the year, so we look forward to seeing you all there!

Welfare Officer - Devon Bradley

As Welfare Officer for the MCR I am there to provide information and support. I attend Welfare meetings with the JCR Welfare and the Vice Principal where I can report any number of issues or problems wich may be causing you concern.

Senior DSU Rep – Jon Mileman

I represent your views and opinions at the DSU, which is where all the colleges are represented both on a university level and nationally. With the support of the elected DSU Committee, I ensure that there is an ever-present Trevs influence within the DSU, that all relevant meetings and councils are attended and that all the right information gets back to you in Trevs. I will also be promoting DSU Campaigns within college, and am also in charge of publicising DSU events and elections so make sure you keep checking the DSU Noticeboard on the cobbles!

Secretary – Tahnee Blakemore

My roles are to take minutes during exec meetings, general MCR meetings, and the AGM, to make these minutes available to all MCR members, and to send emails informing MCR members of these meetings.
