What you get for your money
All students who live in College get three cooked meals a day in term-time. The residence charge and college levies cover your use of all the facilities and some JCR events. There is an additional charge for JCR Balls and other events.
Financial Guidance
Coming to University requires careful financial planning. College bills are payable termly. College Officers and your Mentors can give advice about managing your budget and there are various sources of funding available for students experiencing financial hardship. The Vice-Principal & Senior Tutor has responsibility for advising students and supporting applications for financial assistance.
Hardship Funds
Help for students in financial need is available from two central University funds. The Vice-Principal & Senior Tutor is happy to provide information and advice about applying to the Access to Learning Fund and the University Hardship fund.
In addition, thanks to the generosity of our alumni, the Trevelyan Trust is able to make hardship grants, especialy to students facing emergency situations.
