At the top of the page there's a dead link that just says 'Menu Item'. I imagine this can be modified so we can have a menu of links at the top? We should have a link to the TT website on there I think, and possibly a link to info about the #tt IRC channel? Are there any other links we could do with having up there?

I need to replace that whole header section - I'd done a graphic but my computer crashed and I haven't got round to remaking it.

I'd imagine it should contain the same links as at the top of the main website, but there could be some others too.
