A city stands strong amongst the chaos of the north, a bastion of civilisation and freedom. A city rebuilt, a city growing. Fast approaching is a time of new frontiers as the boundaries of might and knowledge are pushed like never before. And in search of these things come travellers, adventurers, scholars and pilgrims, each seeking their share of the power.

Welcome to Durholme.

Durham University Treasure Trap is the world's oldest continuously-running Live Roleplay group. We meet twice a week to play roles in a fantasy mediaeval world, either in the congenial atmosphere of a mediaeval inn for our Tavern Nights each Thursday, or in the woods around Durham for Adventures each weekend. We also have weekly weapons practices to develop combat skills which are useful in the game, run an annual banquet and a weekend-long end-of-year game, and send groups to larger live roleplay events around the country.

Nerd East TT Event Playtest This Thursday, for those who should not be revising, we'll be running a playtest for the Nerd East mini-LARP, which will be set in Durholme but not exactly in-system. Playtest will occur in Kingsgate, we will be meeting there from 8 with the first run kicking off at 8:30; runs are expected to last about 40-50 minutes and we'll probably run it twice - each run needs 5 or 6 players and a similar number of crew. Bring weapons (esp daggers) but no need for costume. - entered by Panda, 2013-05-14 00:10:19

Conclave - The 3YGB It has been weeks since the sails of Lipari the Pirate King, Avatar of Ishmund, have been seen at sea. The dockside taverns bubble with rumours of murder, mutiny or capture. Without him, the knots of truce which bind all pirates are beginning to fray.

Treasures abound, but what will they buy you?

Can silver pay for your freedom?

Can gold buy back your soul?

Player places are all full but crew are more than welcome. Crew places cost £5 and will include food for the weekend. Contact: dutt3ygb@gmail.com. For more information: Conclave! - entered by Panda on behalf of the 3YGB team, 2013-05-08 20:20:37
