SymPOC 2008 Travel

Durham is easily accessible via road, rail and air travel. Further details about getting to Durham, maps of the city and a large amount of other useful travel information are available at the University's travel website.

The conference accommodation is approximately 30 minutes' walk from the rail station via the city centre, Castle and Cathedral. The Cathedral and Castle area makes up a World Heritage site and it is well worth a visit. Further details and a local map are available through the Resources section below.
