Get involved
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved at Stephenson, whether as part of the Junior Common Room (JCR), as a member of a College sports team, as an event organiser, or in many of the other student activities.
Many societies and clubs are organised at Stephenson College, including drama, music, cheerleading, debating, photography, Afro-Caribbean, chocolate tasting and many more.
As well as the College societies the University have over 130 different societies such as Life Drawing, Jive, Belly Dancing, Brass Band, Creative Writing and many more. Please follow the link below which will lead you into the Durham Students Union (DSU) pages.
Open Day Reps Needed!
As an enthusiastic student studying at Durham University and being a member of Stephenson College why not become an open day rep at one of our upcoming Open Days. Please contact Daniel.slavin@durham.ac.uk for more information.

Meet Will...
"The relaxed, less traditional atmosphere of Stephenson really appealed to me! There's so much opportunity to get involvedin different activities and different parts of college life. I've captained the College rugby team, been part of the ski/snowboard committee and held leadership positions, all of which really have given me important transferable skills which I would have otherwise not gained."
