Stephenson College is right on Queen's Campus and is a short walk from the centre of Stockton. Our postgraduate accommodation is based partly in College and partly at our nearby College managed residence, which boasts a riverside location with view across the River Tees.

Accommodation is self-catered, single occupancy and en-suite. Rooms are arranged in apartments with well-equipped shared kitchens.

Postgraduate accommodation is based on a 50 week let basis from the start of the academic year. Should you require a longer arrangement, or accessible accommodation, please contact stephenson.pgadmissions@durham.ac.uk.

Once an offer of postgraduate study at Stephenson College has been accepted, information will be sent detailing how to apply for accommodation.

All rooms are single, en-suite and are furnished with :

• A bed
• Wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Study desk and chair
• Noticeboard
• Internet access
• Television Ariel socket*
• En-suite shower, toilet and wash basin

The modern apartment kitchen/lounge area is well equipped for self catered cooking. It is an ideal social area to cook and dine with flatmates.

On site laundry facilities, recycling facilities and a bike store as well as common rooms with social areas, large screen televisions with Sky TV and pool tables can be found at both locations.

(*) Note - If you choose to have a television, you will need a TV license.

Postgraduate accommodation is based on a 50 week tenancy agreement and costs £5503.
