We are approximately 90 seconds walk from the teaching buildings, main library and Waterside restaurant and bar; a 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery shop; a 15 minute walk into Stockton town centre where a market is held each Wednesday and Saturday; and a 20 minute walk to a large retail park.
