‘Prepare to be enchanted on Monday June 4th because Stephenson College is holding the event of the year! The Summer Ball this year has the theme: ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and is located at the picturesque location of Beamish Hall. At 6pm your carriage will arrive to transport you to Beamish where a champagne reception awaits. A silver service three-course meal will be accompanied by wonderful wine and marvellous music, after which you can feast on delicious pick ’n’ mix until your heart’s content. You will be able to party the night away with the after-dinner DJ and to top it all off you can use the photo booth to capture those memories of such a wonderful night. The free print outs will allow you to keep momentoes of the amazing night you had!’

MEAT MENU:
To start: Beamish Smoked chicken and bacon caesar salad
Main: Roast sirloin of beef served with a pink peppercorn sauce and fondant potatoes and seasonal vegetables
To finish: Fresh strawberries served in a meringue nest and fresh cream
VEGETARIAN MENU:
To start: Seasonal Salad
Main: Pan Fried Vegetable Gillette; Yellow Pepper, Red Pepper, Onion, Carrots, Aubergine and Courgettes finished with a Tomato Sauce (v)
