Residence Agreement (Undergraduates)

Before you can be given a key for your room in College you must have submitted a Residence Agreement.

The Residence Agreement is submitted via the Applicant Enquiry Service (AES) at Durham University.  After 1st September you will be able to log into AES and select Accommodation Agreement.  If for any reason you cannot access the Accommodation Agreement online, please complete and return a paper copy of the form below by 17 September 2012.  Please follow the steps to accept your accommodation and complete the Direct Debit agreement. It is important that you sign on-line to make your arrival at Durham University as easy as possible.   Please note the standard let provides accommodation outside of term time but does not include residence during the Christmas closedown period, full details can be found on the College website.
