Senior Management Team
The Principal has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the college and is assisted by the Vice Principal/Senior Tutor and the Bursar.
The Vice Principal/Senior Tutor, who also deputises for the Principal in her absence, is responsible for the day to day running of the college which includes the library, accommodation allocation, admissions, discipline, the College Office, marketing and all student support operations. The Bursar is responsible for the buildings, college bars, finance, catering and domestic operations. The Senior Management Team are also referred to as the College Officers.
The Senior Management Team, not be confused with the Senior Common Room, are responsible for how the Senior Common Room (SCR) and the Junior Common Room (JCR), the Fellows and the Alumni Association fit into and support the work of the college; with the overall aim of improving the student experience.
