All the posts which are to be elected this year are detailed in the timetable below. For information on each Election Method and the Election Rules please refer to the relevant section of the Elections homepage. Michaelmas Term 2008/2009

By Election Method (i), nominations close second Monday of term, husts at the first General Meeting of term, results announced on the Friday:

• One Postgraduate Students’ Representative (must be a Postgraduate)

By Election Method (ii), at the first General Meeting of term:      

• One Environmental Representative    
• Nine Finance Committee members    
• Two Green Machine Technicians    
• One Information Technology Representatives    
• Not less than three Interviewee Representatives    
• Junior Durham Students’ Union Representatives    
• Three Junior Returning Officers    
• Not less than four Junior D.U.C.K. Representatives    
• One Palatinate Representative    
• One Pantomime Production Manager

Epiphany Term 2008/2009 

By Election Method (i), nominations close second Monday of term, husts at the first General Meeting of term, results announced on the Friday:          

• One President of the Society      

By Election Method (i), nominations close third Monday of term, husts on the Tuesday results announced on the Friday:       

• One Vice-President    
• One Treasurer    
• One Welfare Officer    
• One Society Bar Steward (must have worked two terms in Society Bar)
• One Society Librarian (must have worked two terms in Society Library)

By Election Method (i), nominations close fourth Monday of term, husts on the Tuesday, results announced on the Friday:    

• One Social Chair  
• One Sports’ and Societies’ Chair  
• One Senior Durham Students’ Union Representative   
• One Local, International, Mature and Part-Time Students’ Chair    
• One Livers’ Out Representative     

By Election Method (i), nominations close fifth Monday of term, husts on the Tuesday, results announced on the Friday:   

• One Assistant Bar Steward (one Bailey and one Brooks, must have worked two terms in Society Bar)    
• Two Assistant Welfare Officer (one male and one female)    
• One Assistant Librarian (must have worked two terms in Society Library)
• One Senior Intro-Week Representative  

Easter Term 2008/2009
