We have approximately 1000 students including 200 postgraduates, 80 of whom are resident in College accommodation.
St Aidan's College postgraduate accommodation is located in two areas: Elizabeth Pease (EP) House and the 'New' Houses. All rooms are en-suite except for six standard rooms in EP House which share one bathroom between three rooms. Please note, all rooms have high-speed internet connection, the cost of which is included in your residence fees.

Elizabeth Pease House
Elizabeth Pease House, a dedicated postgraduate accommodation block, is our most modern accommodation block having undergone a full refurbishment in 2009.
Located in the main college building, EP House offers 32 en-suite rooms and six single standard rooms which share one bathroom between three rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a desk, with chair, drawers and shelves. En-suite bedrooms have a double bed. Standard rooms have a single bed.
Facilities
Spacious TV lounges are located half way along each corridor to use as a communal space for postgraduates only.

The 'New' Houses
The 'New' Houses are located in the main grounds of St Aidan's College (behind the tennis court).
There are 11 en-suite bedrooms in each house. Most rooms have a double bed and a small number have larger-sized single beds as the shape of the room does not allow for a double bed. All rooms have a desk, desk chair, wardrobe, drawers and shelves.
Facilities
Every house features a cosy kitchen-sitting room located on the ground floor. You share this lounge and kitchen facility with those within your house, handy for socialising throughout the year and for self-catering during vacations.
Business School (MBA students only) *not available in 2011-12 due to refurbishment*
We have a number of bedrooms located at the Business School, adjacent to the main Business School building. This is two to five minute's walk from the main entrance to College and the main social and dining areas in College.
All of bedrooms are en-suite. Each room is provided with a single bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, drawers and shelves.
A limited section of en-suite accommodation is female only.
Facilities
A small lounge area is located on the first floor of the Business School accommodation block for resident students to use as they wish.
Kitchen facilities are available within the block for you to self-cater during the vacation periods. Visit the Catering page for more information.
