After enrolment and module registration

If any changes are required to your details after your Module Registration Form has been handed in you should follow the procedures outlined below:

Change of Programme or Module Registration

Undergraduate Students

If you wish to change either your degree programme or a specific module you should request a Change of Registration Form, available from SPA or your Department.

You need to be 'Signed Out' of your present programme/module and 'Signed Into' your new programme/module. You must ensure that all the necessary departmental/faculty endorsements are obtained before returning the form to SPA. Further information is provided in the Teaching and Learning Handbook.

Postgraduate Students

Should liaise with their department.

Change of address

You can amend your address details online by following the 'Update Details' link from the Student Enrolment System introduction page. You'll find the link to the system in DUO. In order to access this page you need to have completed module registration, online enrolment and verification.

Change of name

If, at any time throughout the year, your name changes, either by marriage or by deed poll, please bring your marriage certificate, deed poll certificate etc to Student Planning and Assessment.

Withdrawal

The appropriate College/Departmental Office should be consulted at the earliest opportunity if there is any possibility you may wish to withdraw from the University. The Office will complete all the necessary documentation.
