My personal details are incorrect, what should I do?
Some details can only be changed by University staff. You may be asked to send supporting evidence to Student Planning and Assessment for example your birth certificate or passport. Please email IT Service Desk at itservicedesk@durham.ac.uk and the call will be passed to the appropriate department.
