My photograph has been rejected by CIS, what should I do?
If there is still time before the photograph upload deadline and you haven't completed enrolment, you can upload another photograph in the Student Enrolment System.
Otherwise, you'll need to complete the online enrolment, have your identify verified at your college and then visit the IT Service Desk to have your photograph taken and a campus card produced.
