Sample Tracker
When you submit a sample we will send you (by email) a project number and an estimated completion date for the work. If you do not receive this within a week of sending the sample please contact us so we can discuss what might have happened. We will let you know if the completion date is likely to be significantly exceeded. You can track the progress of the work through this page.

The Instrumentation
Busy. We have a lot of samples requiring overnight runs.
Our 4 mm probe is broken (not currently possible: 1H MAS, 19F, some 13C requiring faster spinning, samples where amount is limited).
