The JCR...

The JCR (Junior Common Room) is the student body of John Snow College and has around 1000 undergraduate members. The JCR supports and arranges many events, sports teams and other non-academic aspects of our member’s lives at University and is central to College Life.

The JCR is headed by the Sabbatical President and his JCR Committee made up of our Exec Officers & Non-Exec Officers. Anyone can run for a position on the JCR Committee and all Officers are voted into their position annually - so there is no excuse not to get involved!

The JCR Office...

The JCR Office is located in the Holliday Building upstairs on the John Snow corridor. It's open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm every day and you can pop in for any reason, including buying tickets, asking questions about sports teams, ordering stash or just for a chat.s
