Biography

Sean is a Research Fellow  with over ten years experience at one of the leading educational establishments in the UK. This is supported by two years as an information technology tutor and a further seven years in engineering research. He has worked successfully in diverse environments.
He has expertise in developing new methods and approaches to education and assessment in light of the changing demands of the 21st century. Keeping up to date with a range of technologies and investigating their applicability to the field of education.  Devloping new and interesting interfaces for data handling and analysis. Applying creative ideas to adapt practices and techniques from a range of environments for use in education. Using both conventional and innovative techniques for the analysis of result of large scale test to enable standard psychometric analyses as well as more complex approaches such as Rasch analysis.
