Pharmacy at Durham University from October 2013

From October 2013 Durham University will offer a progressive and innovative Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree programme, based within the School of Medicine, Pharmacy and Health at the University's modern Queen's Campus in Stockton.
Pharmacy at Durham University will see an exciting expansion over the next few years. The programme will reach a steady state of c. 450 students in October 2018 and the programme will be well supported by nearly 40 academic staff alongisde a dedicated administrative team.

Accreditation of the MPharm programme
Durham has just achieved a successful step 3 accreditation by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). This means students are permitted to begin studying on the MPharm degree in October 2013.
We will be visited by the GPhC annually until we reach step 7 of the GPhC accreditation process and we graduate our first cohort of students.
We are very proud of this achievement and look forward to training students who wish to become pharmacists.
