Biography
Alex joined the team at Durham University in August 2007 and is Personal Assistant to Professor Pali Hungin, Head of the School of Medicine & Health. She has a degree in French Language and Linguistics and has lived in France, Spain and Japan. Prior to becoming a member of staff at Queen's Campus, she spent 9 years working as an administrator in the leisure industry and decided it was time for a change!
In her spare time, two of her hobbies are going to the theatre and dancing: Alex and her husband teach a form of modern jive called 'Ceroc' and together, they have been delighted to win the 'Showcase' category in several national competitions.
