Background
Service users came together with academics at Durham to design and deliver a research porocess to evaluate standards of care across the trust.

Aims
A benchmarking tool for evaluating service delivery in accordance with service user defined standards.
Methods
Stakeholder workshops have led to the design of a benchmarking tool that will collect qualitative and quantitative data from people using services in the trust.
