Biography
Karen Elliott first joined Durham University in 2003, as part of the Centre for Medical Humanities in the School for Health, before transferring to Durham University Business School as an Impact Assessment Associate. Karen currently holds the position of Research Fellow for the EU funded COMPOSITE project focusing on police culture and organisational change. Her main interests are in the complexity, entrepreneurship, change management and organisational ecology. Karen is completing a Doctoral Studentship at Durham funded by DEFRA/ESRC evaluating the ‘Strategy for the Horse Industry in England and Wales’. Karen is a Chartered Sport Scientist, instructor, rider, cyclist, competitor and keen sports person.
