William Burdon of Over Haswell grants to John Pounder and his wife Lecia of Lower Haswell 4 acres of arable land, of which 2 acres lie on Hesilchawehille between land once of William Spenser and land of Margaret of Greatham, 1 acre lies on the Netherfiringes between lands of the said William Spenser and Margaret of Greatham in the Westmore of Haswell, and 1 acre lies in a place called Lambwellecche next to land of the prior of Finchale further from the sun in the field of Over Haswell, to hold of the chief lords.
