There is a surplus of student accommodation in the Stockton/Thornaby area, so make sure you take your time when looking for somewhere to live and don't rush into anything.

REMEMBER - any contract you sign will be legally binding.  If you're not sure - don't sign!!!

Housing Fair

An Accredited Landlord Housing Fair will be held on Wednesday 30th January 2013 from 11am-2pm on the Upper Rotunda in the Holliday Building.

This is a chance to meet local landlords and see the type of properties they have to offer.

Properties will be advertised from 3pm on Wednesday 30th January (after the Housing Fair) at http://www.durhamqueensstudentpad.co.uk/Home (A direct link will also be sent to your .dur.ac.uk email address)

Please help us to continue to improve the standard of properties in the area by only looking at properties advertised through the Accommodation Office.
