Accreditation Scheme
Durham University, Queen’s Campus run an Accreditation Scheme which all landlords must sign up to before their properties will be advertised. Further information on the Scheme, as well as general information about letting to students can be found using the links to the left.
All landlords must read and sign a paper copy of the Accreditation Standards which will be sent to you once you have registered your details on Studentpad.
