Registration & Conference Dinner
Registration and abstract submission are now open and will close on Friday 5th August. You do not have to submit an abstract to register, though can do so if you wish at a later stage.
The registration fee is £20.00. This includes an icebreaker reception on Monday 29th August, lunch and refreshments on Wednesday 31st August and Thursday 1st September and refreshments at the poster session. There is no reduction if you attend only one day of the conference.
Joining the field excursion to the Durham coast is free and food will be provided, however the maximum number of attendees is limited and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The field excursion will be followed by an optional evening meal at a choice of local venues. Alternatively food will be available at Van Mildert College.
The conference dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday 31st August, at Oldfields Restaurant, at a cost of £20.00 per person. The evening will commence with a complimentary drinks reception and will be followed by a three course meal, which will include drinks.
