Dr Marie Johnson

Marie Johnson works in the fields of management and personal development, mainly with people in the health sector in Britain and increasingly in Europe. She is director of the European Health Executive Programme, which is for top managers and clinicians throughout Europe.
Marie worked in the NHS for ten years, at operational and strategic levels and then joined Durham University, where she taught on the part-time and fulltime MBA programmes in the fields of management theory, comparative healthcare and research methods.
She also ran a wide variety of short courses for clinical directors, finance staff, board-level directors, ambulance services, graduate trainees and Primary Care Trusts.
