Sponsoring the education of children in our villages
Individual sponsorship is provided in order to support the education and welfare of children in need of such support in the villages of Palana and Weligama.
Donors who have 'adopted' children in this scheme give an amount each month which is sufficient to purchase educational materials and school uniforms for their children. In some instances financial support also covers the cost of basic foods such as milk and rice.
