I work with Prof. Hatton studying strongly correlated electron systems. I have recently completed the RASOR project, the STFC / Durham University project to build a new soft x-ray diffractometer for Diamond Light Source. My research has recently concentrated on the charge and magnetic interactions of multiferroic materials, studying these systems using principally soft x-ray resonant diffraction
