Safety policy

The Department's safety policy document contains information on current guidelines affecting the health and safety of all individuals who work, study in or are visiting the Department of Physics and sets out the Department's policy on aspects of health and safety at work.  It is the responsibility of all members of staff and students working within the Department of Physics to ensure that they are familiar with the safety policies that affect their work areas.  At all times the minimum requirements for working within the Department of Physics are the standards laid out in the University Safety Manual.
