Rachel Dunn is a PhD student in the Department of Philosophy at Durham University. She completed her undergraduate degree (BSc hons, Natural Sciences) and Masters (MA History and Philosophy of Science and Medicine) at Durham before starting her PhD in April 2009.
PhD working title: Seeing and Believing: John Dalton and the Visual Culture of Experimental Science in British Dissenting Academies, 1770-1840.
