Prime focus Astrophotography with the 8.5'' Newtonian

All taken with 8.5'' F6 Newtonian and Canon 1000D DSLR at prime focus. ISO1600 unless stated.

Each object is usually shown either 4x4 binned ( ~4''/pixel) or 2x2 binned (~2''/pixel), both cropped to 600x400. For large objects the full frame (3888x2592) may be scaled to 600x400 (~6''/pixel), whilst very small objects are shown unbinned (~1''/pixel - actually 0.94'').
