St Aidan’s College wins national award

St Aidan’s College has won a national award for customer service. The College was awarded the ‘Best University Accommodation for Groups” award at the 2006 Group Travel Awards in London.

St Aidan’s had to fight off 7 other finalists (voted for by the readers of the Group Travel Organiser’s Magazine) including, King’s College University of London, Queen Mary College University of London, the universities of Kent at Canterbury, Bath, Reading, Portsmouth and East Anglia. A delighted Dorothy Anson, the College’s Conference Organiser, said, “I am so thrilled for the whole College team. The staff work really hard to ensure that our customers have a fantastic experience and this award is true recognition for all of their hard work and commitment.”
