New Pro-VC for overseeing student experience

Moves are under way to appoint a new Pro-Vice-Chancellor with a particular brief for looking after issues that relate to the student experience.

Professor Alan Bilsborough will be retiring as Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Teaching and Learning) on 31 July 2006 at the end of his period of tenure of office. In keeping with changes to Deputy Vice-Chancellor and other PVC positions, the new post holder will be the University’s first appointed Pro-Vice Chancellor (Student Experience).
