University staff promotions

(10 March 2006)

There have been a total of 44 promotions following the recent round of academic and related staff reviews.

Twelve new Professors have been appointed, the highest figure for several years, as well as a number of Readers and Senior Lecturers across the University. The promotions will be sent to Council for agreement on 21 March 2006.
