Professors awarded Knowledge Transfer Partnership

Professor Keith Bennett has been awarded a three-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership to develop and apply a method for interoperability assurance of telecommunications across multi-national networks. Part funded by DTI and SyntheSys Systems Engineers of Whitby, the grant will total £160,566.

Professor Paul Maropoulos has been awarded a 2.25 (two and a quarter) year Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Thompson Engineering and Manufacturing of Shildon. The partnership will work on re-engineering business processes throughout the company. Part funded by the DTI and the company, the grant will total £111,425.
