Looking for accommodation next academic year?

The University has a range of properties available to rent for one year from 1st July 2005.

These properties offer:

• Furnished accommodation in central locations with rents to suit a variety of students.
• An all-inclusive, competitive rent that covers bills for gas and electricity.
• A chance to deal with a named person in the University, rather than a private landlord.

The properties available are listed below. Visits to the properties are strictly by appointment only and you can make an appointment by e-mailing headlease@durham.ac.uk or by telephoning Hannah Bridge on extension: 43398 (internal). Properties will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and whilst preference will be given to groups of students wishing to share one property, applications from individual students or small groups are also welcome.
