College chef reaches final of national competition

Angela Morrow, a senior chef at Durham University's Collingwood College has reached the finals of The University Catering Organisation (TUCO) Chefs' Challenge Competition.
Angela has been invited to take part in a cook-off at Blackpool and
Fylde College on Monday 29th March 2004. The competition is open
to all catering staff in Universities and Higher Education
establishments throughout the UK.
Angela has chosen a theme connected with the Pacific Rim. Her main course will be a leg of lamb, slowly pot-roasted and with a coriander, garlic and ginger crust accompanied by Thai green rice and sag mung dahl.
