(20 January 2004)

A project funded by the University’s Partnership Venture Fund (PVF) is now underway in the Earth Science department.

The project is investigating possible commercial applications of 'GAVA' (Geospatial Acquisition Visualisation and Analysis), a research technique being developed in Durham. The aim of the project is to generate long-term commercial business using GAVA. For more information about the project contact Robert Holdsworth.

If you have a project of potential commercial interest to a business, you may be eligible for funding from Durham University's Partnership Venture Fund: contact Amy Herd in the REDSS department.
