Property to let?

The University’s Accommodation Office is looking for rooms, house-shares, flats and houses in Durham and its outlying villages for students and staff.

Lets may be short-term, 6 or 9 months, or yearly. The Office offers free advice and support to both tenant and landlord, from the initial advertisement and throughout the tenancy.
